Free Arts NW partners with local agencies by providing creative arts opportunities to round out their existing programming. Using the four core principles of Belonging, Accomplishment, Interdependency, and Generosity, Free Arts NW hope to strengthen both the individual and the community. Many of Free Arts NW programs include an inter-generational component that encourages many ages to work together on a community project that will be enjoyed for years. These projects enhance the environment while creating a sense of ownership for members in the community.

Previous and current Free Arts NW programming with partner agencies include the Housing Authority of Portland, the Housing Authority of Vancouver, Youth on a Mission, Portland Community Media, MetroEast, Oregon Partnership, and local Drug Free Community coalitions.
